My 2000 savage has 3100 miles on it and the original rear is just about bald! Is this normal? I don't lock up the brakes in fact those little thingies on new tires are still on yhe sides. Do I need to have a tube or can I get a tubeless tire? Someone told me that it came with a tube because of the spoke wheel. Any help will be appreciated. Another question not related Does anyone have one of those packs that slide over the sissybar and when filled can double as a backrest? How do you like it and what kind is it? This is a great deal.
